A guy from Selby nr York built that about 10-12 yrs ago.
I remember it at Stormin' about then. There were a number of very minimalist bikes built in a similar style within a group of friends.
Not so keen on the style of chop but good to see a hallowed bevel Ducati motor used for more unusual purposes..
