Like all the best bespoke motorcycles, David McMillan's Moto Guzzi V7 Sport-based racer was built to one man's scheme and is constantly evolving - but don't be misled by the licence plate. This is a genuine racer currently in use on the road, and I was lucky enough to have a brief ride last year.
