One is in a pile of bits on the floor, and the other has stopped dead in its tracks due to a seized sprocket. And how do you rebuild bikes with no money or time? And a fine layer of dust every time you go back to the cow shed we call a workshop. Answers on a postcard please.

How much for the MV, I'll even take pictures as I rebuild it for you ;-)
Nick that's just mean!
It shouldn't be too expensive to have a new sprocket machined. So time to cut that broken one off.
As to the finances, that's always an issue. Maybe you can sublet your room and live in the shed? ;-)
Get some heat on that sprocket!!
Please pay attention Major and read page 58 of Issue Four of the magazine to keep up with the rest of us..
Adam, I feel you've side stepped my offer somewhat! ;-)
Had the same problem on my CSTL. It took about 2 weeks of a daily 5 minute dose of heat followed by PB Blaster (a penetrating solvent, don't know if it's in the UK) all the while keeping tension on it with a puller. And as I mentioned in an email, keep that sprocket core and you can have a blank sprocket welded to it! Probably easier than finding a new one! Don't give up!
