A friend of mine has a brand new one, zero miles. So not much chance of him letting you use it Adam sorry..

I've never been able to decide whether bikes like that which have never turned a wheel are worth loads of not. If it was ever to be used it'd cost enough just to sort out the seals, probable rusty bearings etc. in the motor. If you got the space to keep bikes like that and look at them, nice, like a private museum.

Thats what this guy has, his own little museum. Never starts them or rides any of them. Wont let me take photos of them for my blog either ! The Benelli is a bit of an ugly old tool though.

The earliest ones weren't bad looking then yeah they were a bit bad 70s plasticky looking - it's more the fact that it was amazing you could buy a production six cylinder, especiallly from a tiny company like Benelli, 'til the CBx came along of course.
